Mike is driven by a curiosity for how things work—and how they can work better. As Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence and Revenue at SYPartners, he leads business development and seller enablement, bringing a designer’s instinct and systems-thinking mindset to uncover patterns across data, people, and decisions in order to anticipate what’s next.

Before joining SYPartners, Mike worked as a producer across films, documentaries, and live events—experience that shaped his approach to structure, narrative, and execution. Today, he designs the systems that support growth at the firm and is known for seeing around corners, surfacing issues early, and asking the questions that turn insight into action.
