Nikki believes deeply in the power of companies to drive positive change. Over more than 15 years, her leadership across large corporations and social impact organizations has helped teams clarify purpose, set compelling visions for the future, and mobilize stakeholders across complex systems. Since joining SYPartners in 2017, she has partnered with leaders at organizations such as Starbucks, LDF, and BNY Mellon.
Her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a constant throughout her career. She played a key role in Ernst & Young’s inaugural inclusion initiative, helping reduce gender disparity at the Partner level, and later served as President and CEO of Upwardly Global from 2009 to 2018, leading its growth from a local program to a national organization. Nikki holds a BS in Policy Analysis from Cornell University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
