The hiring process

  • To apply for a role, submit your application through our Careers page. Your application will be reviewed by our Talent team.

  • Recruiters reach out to candidates that seem like a good fit for the role. During this initial conversation, SYP will get to know you, and vice versa.

  • Candidates will have a chance to learn more about the work and day-to-day SYP experience from some of the people they would work with directly. Interviewers will be seeking to understand how SYP aligns with candidates’ interests, skills, and career goals. Some roles may also include a short assignment or live building session with members of the discipline team. The final interview will be with the hiring manager.

  • After thoughtful deliberation of whether the opportunity to work with the candidate seems right for both parties, the interviewers, hiring manager, and Talent team will reach a decision. The recruiter will inform the candidate as soon as possible.
