Susan Schuman has built and led SYPartners for nearly three decades, partnering with visionary leaders navigating business and cultural transformation. She has worked alongside Fortune 100 CEOs and their teams to imagine the futures they seek to create and to shape the strategies, cultures, and human behaviors required to bring those visions to life. Her work spans organizations including AARP, Blackstone, Coach, Facebook, GE, IBM, Oprah Winfrey Network, Starbucks, Target, WW, Viacom, and The CW. Under her leadership, SYPartners has been recognized by The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and Fortune for its purpose-driven, creativity-fueled, human-led approach to transformation, and in 2014 joined Hakuhodo DY Holdings to help establish kyu Collective.
Before founding SYPartners, Susan was General Manager of Studio Archetype, ran her own marketing and product strategy consultancy, and spent seven years at Apple as Group Manager of Worldwide Product Marketing. She serves on the kyu leadership council and sits on the boards of ViacomCBS and IDEO.
