Since joining the firm in 2015, he has partnered with leaders across Fortune 50 companies, nonprofits, and high-growth startups, including Gannett, IBM, J.Crew, Planned Parenthood, UnitedHealthcare, SunPower, Wheels Up, and XQ, leading with curiosity, generosity, and a bias toward learning by doing.
Before SYPartners, Jonathan worked in digital product development, helping organizations embrace the human side of enterprise software design and adoption. Outside of work, he can be found alongside his wife, raising their daughter and loyally serving their Siberian cat, Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
