Jia Jia Liu

Jia Jia draws energy from solving complex challenges holistically—designing for human behavior alongside institutional and business systems, and blending experience, imagination, and logic to prototype and refine strategy. As a Partner at SYPartners based in Abu Dhabi, she leads teams across the Middle East to imagine, build, and scale systemic transformation in education, culture, and business, while also partnering with global organizations such as Ralph Lauren, IBM, and the Legal Defense Fund.

Before joining SYPartners in Abu Dhabi, Jia Jia built a background in marketing and communications as a WPP Fellow and later led brand and marketing teams at SSENSE and Aritzia. She has lived and worked across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, is fluent in Mandarin, French, Spanish, and English, and holds a BA from Harvard University and a Master’s from Sciences Po. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, hip-hop dance, video games, and exploring fan culture.
