Caroline Bauer

As Chief of Staff, Caroline brings her energy to shaping SYPartner's inspiring and transformational next chapter. She works at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people—creating the conditions for the company to move with clarity, focus, and intention.

Before stepping into this role, Caroline was a Program Director known for quickly reading complex contexts and elevating the teams around her. Her background in civic engagement and urban design, including roles at the NYC Mayor's Office, and in various design nonprofits. She holds an Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a B.A. in Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College.
