Carina partners with CEOs and executive teams to build organizations that perform in conditions of constant change. Her work focuses on creating the capabilities and systems that help companies adapt faster, make better decisions, and sustain coherence as they grow in scale and complexity. Since joining SYPartners in 2011, she has led enterprise-shaping work with IBM, Mars, Cencora, Equinix, AARP, and Mammoth Brands, among others. She helped build SYPartners' Strategy practice and advance the firm's work at the intersection of leadership, organizational performance, and human wisdom in the age of AI.
Before consulting, Carina worked as a performer, director, playwright, and producer. That experience continues to shape her approach to leadership: lasting change is built through shared meaning, repeated practice, and experiences that rewire how people think and act together. Having lived and worked across Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East, she brings a global perspective to helping leaders navigate the tensions between speed and rigor, creativity and systems thinking, and human judgment and technological intelligence.
