Kim believes organizations are beautifully complex human ecosystems—and that this is where real transformation begins. As General Manager of SYPartners’ Abu Dhabi office, she draws on experience across North American, Asian, and European markets to help organizations in the UAE unlock their greatest asset: their people.
Before rejoining SYPartners, where she previously served as a Strategy Director from 2013 to 2016, Kim was a creative leader at IDEO, delivering innovation work for organizations including H&M, Adidas, Cartier, Novartis, and Intercorp. Trained as a design researcher, she brings a deep sensitivity to human stories and lived experience into her work. Now based in Abu Dhabi, Kim continues to explore culture with curiosity—especially through food, which she believes is often where understanding truly begins.
