Sabrina joined SYPartners in 2009, drawn by the opportunity to bring together people with different backgrounds, skills, and beliefs to create a shared vision for positive change. Since then, she has partnered with leaders across organizations including IBM, BlackRock, American Express, Prudential, Cognizant, and WarnerMedia to drive transformation at the individual, team, and organizational levels, with a particular passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sabrina combines creativity and systems thinking to design inclusive practices, tools, and processes that help teams work better together.
Prior to SYPartners, she built a career in advertising account services, working with brands such as Pfizer, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Time Warner Cable, and Earth Biofuels. She holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and lives in Pelham, New York with her husband and two children, where she continues to indulge her childhood love of acting—often on stage in her basement alongside her kids.
