Last month, SYPartners hosted a 99U Studio Session centered around “Fighting Bias in Design,” led by our Managing Creative Director, Rie Nørregaard.

With a group of 40 people at SYPartners’ New York office, we discussed how to become more aware of the implicit biases that each of us holds and how they impact the work we put out in the world—and the people who receive it.

We were happy to expand this conversation—which we’ve been engaging in with clients and our network over the past several months—to a broader group of creative thinkers and makers.
