Tristan Hills has spent more than 15 years shaping the cultural landscape across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, helping launch and grow cultural institutions, reimagine cities, and bring heritage to life. At SYPartners, he brings this global perspective to leaders seeking to create culturally grounded, future-facing impact.
Before joining SYPartners, Tristan served as a Senior Advisor to the Diriyah Foundation, supporting the preservation of Diriyah’s cultural legacy as it evolves into a globally significant city in Saudi Arabia. Earlier, he led Brunsick Arts, MENA, contributing to ambitious cultural initiatives including the landmark launch of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and has deep expertise in socio-political theory, post-conflict socio-economic analysis, and cross-cultural storytelling. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach.
