Sue leads the design on consulting projects at SYPartners, collaborating with teams across all phases of work—from setting vision and strategy to conceptual development and visual expression. She is also deeply committed to mentoring designers, supporting their growth at every stage of their careers.
In addition to her work at SYPartners, Sue is faculty at the School of Visual Arts in both the MFA Design and Continuing Education departments and has lectured and led workshops at institutions including NYCxDesign, D&AD, Columbia University, CUNY Hostos, West Point, and Avenues. Previously, she spent nearly a decade working with Milton Glaser as a Senior Art Director, collaborating on a wide range of design disciplines. She has written about design for The Observer and Modus, juried international design competitions, and continues to share her belief that design is a limitless force shaping ideas, culture, and the world.
