Thorsten is driven by a passion for creating more equitable futures and helping leaders reimagine themselves, their teams, and their organizations to generate meaningful impact. At SYPartners, he brings deep expertise in employee experience, culture renewal, leadership development, and organizational change, shaped by years of international work across mature and emerging markets.

Before joining SYPartners, Thorsten led people and culture initiatives at organizations including eBay, Coca-Cola HBC, Suntory, 3M, and Zurich Insurance, and is recognized as a thought leader on the future of work. A certified executive coach, he holds an MA in Sociology from Goethe University and an MA in Human Resources Development from TU Kaiserslautern. Now based in the United Arab Emirates, he has also lived in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK, and outside of work is deeply engaged in charitable initiatives, humanitarian coaching, and interests ranging from mountain biking and sailing to spirituality.
