Previously Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at SYP, Sarah has partnered with leaders on large-scale corporate transformation and societal movement strategy across organizations including IBM, Emerson Collective, American Express, AARP, and the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation—and SYP itself.

Before stepping into this role, Sarah built a career spanning multiple forms of impact, from gender-based violence programs with Mercy Corps in Colombia, to impact investing with Acumen in Pakistan, and venture capital in Zimbabwe through Columbia Business School. She also advises philanthropic efforts and nonprofits such as the Lower East Side Girls Club and Justice Defenders, and holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International Public Affairs and a BA from the University of Southern California. She lives in Harlem with her rambunctious kids.
