Previously Chief of Staff and Principal, in her SYP tenure she has partnered with leaders on large-scale corporate transformation and societal movement strategy across organizations including IBM, the Emerson Institute, American Express, AARP, and the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation.
Before stepping into this role, Sarah built a career spanning multiple forms of impact, from gender-based violence programs with Mercy Corps in Colombia, to impact investing with Acumen in Pakistan, and venture capital in Zimbabwe through Columbia Business School. She also advises philanthropic efforts and nonprofits such as the Lower East Side Girls Club and Justice Defenders, and holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International Public Affairs and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Southern California.
