Earlier in her career, Sam ran a supper club in Berlin, developed participatory design strategies for large-scale co-living communities, brought a mental health VR company to market, and led a global repositioning for the mobility brand MINI—including the launch of A/D/O, a creative space and civic tech accelerator supporting designers and entrepreneurs worldwide.
