Paola Allais Acree

As a Principal, Paola partners with leaders in moments of ambiguity to bring shape to their aspirations and clarity to their vision, with a focus on elevating humanity and inspiring a better future. Since 2021, she has worked with organizations including NetApp, Johnson & Johnson, GE Aerospace, the Aspen Institute, Nike, and Mars.

Before joining SYPartners, Paola worked at The Associated Press and AARP, developing strategies for organizational transformation amid industry disruption, demographic change, and large-scale cultural shifts. She grew up in France in an Italian household and holds an MFA in Theater Management and an MBA from Yale University, as well as a BA in Religion from Princeton University. She serves on the board of the Woolly Mammoth Theatre and lives in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband and children, where she proudly embraces her role as a professional soccer mom.
