Olivia is Head of the Program Management team and a Program Director at SYPartners, where she leads the global PM function—shaping the structure, talent, and operating systems that support the firm and its partnerships with executive teams. Since joining SYPartners in 2018, she has partnered with organizations including American Express, CVS, Equinix, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, and Pfizer.
Before SYPartners, Olivia worked in advertising at We Are Social New York and in retail operations. She holds a BA in Theatre from the University of Tennessee and, outside of work, enjoys creating stained glass art and discussing her latest reads with her book club.
