Nicolas is a Managing Partner at SYPartners, where he helps lead the firm’s business, culture, and people. With over 20 years of experience, he supports leaders in navigating change and complexity to create value for multiple stakeholders. His work at SYPartners includes multi-year transformation efforts with AARP, building innovation capabilities at Johnson & Johnson, developing new products for Target, designing award-winning experiences for IBM, and collaborating with the Aspen Institute on vision and strategy.
Trained as a designer and business strategist, Nicolas is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges and reframing them into new opportunities. He is particularly passionate about the strategic and responsible use of data and AI, having worked with Nike on data ethics and contributed to the Data & Trust Alliance. Prior to SYPartners, he was a product designer in France, and he holds an MFA in Industrial Design from ENSCI and a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School.
