Matt is a Principal of Design at SYPartners and Head of the Design Team where he leads SYP's creative team. Matt has driven vision and led transformational work for organizations including WW, AT&T, Google, Johnson & Johnson, and WarnerMedia.
Before joining SYPartners, Matt focused on building strategic brand identity systems at Champions Design (formerly OCD | Original Champions of Design), working with clients such as the NBA, Nike, The New York Times, and the Apollo Theater. Beyond his client work, he advises nonprofits and agencies including Justice Defenders and Mighty Ally, has taught design at the School of Visual Arts and Durban University of Technology, and served as a judge for organizations like AIGA. His work has been recognized by the Art Directors Club, Type Directors Club, and Print.
