His work has shaped organizations across healthcare, financial services, and consumer experience, including Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Citi, Steinway & Sons, Amgen, and National Grid.

Previously, Mark served as President and COO of sparks & honey and as a Partner at ?What If! Innovation, part of Accenture, where he helped organizations anticipate cultural shifts, leverage emerging technologies, and design operating models for sustained impact. He has also founded disruptive ventures across DTC e-commerce and managed talent marketplaces. Mark lives in Maplewood, New Jersey with his husband and two children, and outside of work enjoys collaborating with emerging artists, playing pickleball, and making joyful chaos in the kitchen.
