Eliza is driven by a deep curiosity about the ways in which culture can be shaped—how shared beliefs take root, how systems reinforce behavior, and how intentional design can spark meaningful change.
She designs frameworks that connect the moving pieces of complex organizations, helping people find shared language and move together. At SYP, she has led transformation work for established and emerging industry leaders, including Sephora, Nike, CoreWeave, and AT&T.
Beyond being a Strategist, Eliza is a mixed media artist who draws from the natural world to explore symbolism, interdependence, and patterns of adaptation. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their spirited toddler.
