Eliza is driven by a commitment to creating lasting social impact and a belief in the power of design and systems thinking to address complex challenges. Thriving at the intersection of design and strategy, she partners with leaders to set vision, articulate bold strategies, and reinvent culture. At SYPartners, she has worked with organizations including Starbucks, the Data & Trusted AI Alliance, American Express, Ralph Lauren, and The Obama Foundation.
Before joining SYPartners, Eliza designed immersive, large-scale exhibitions for cultural and corporate institutions across New York, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. She holds a BA in Art History from Colorado College and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. She now lives in Vermont with her husband and two children and serves on the board of a local performing arts hub, supporting creative expression in her community.
