Marc is fascinated by the challenge of shaping company cultures—developing new mindsets and ways of working in service of visions worth fighting for—a perspective shaped by living and working in more than a dozen countries. Since joining SYPartners in 2011, he has partnered with leaders to transform organizations including American Express, AT&T, Citi, IBM, JetBlue, MetLife, and NBCUniversal.
Before SYPartners, Marc worked across publishing, film, and advertising in New York, Berlin, and Shanghai. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from ESADE Business School, and has been a guest lecturer at Yale School of Management and the Rotman School of Management.
