Jason Baer, President

Jason joined SYPartners in 2013, and served as Partner and Managing Partner & Chief Client Officer, drawing on more than twenty years of experience across strategy, culture, and design. Since joining the firm, he has advised senior executives and supported transformation efforts at organizations including PayPal, UnitedHealthcare, NBCUniversal, Alphabet, Hulu, Comcast, NASA, Verizon, Viacom, Subaru, and American Express.

Before SYPartners, Jason held leadership roles at global consulting firms, launched ideation and communications practices, and began his career at an investment and innovation company. He has spoken at conferences such as Re:Design, lectured at Columbia University, and been featured in publications ranging from Forbes to The Los Angeles Times. He lives in New York with his wife and two children, alongside a growing collection of guitars, plants, and unread books.
