Bree Groff, Senior Advisor
Bree Groff is the author of Today Was Fun: A Book About Work (Seriously) coming to bookstores May 2025. She is a leading voice in the future of work and company culture and has delivered dozens of keynotes globally from Stockholm to Vancouver to Lima to Zoom.
Bree’s clients have included Target, Pfizer, Microsoft, Calvin Klein, Alphabet, JPMorgan Chase, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Hilton, and Stripe among others. Previously, she was the CEO of NOBL Collective, an organizational design consultancy pioneering new ways of working. She holds an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. In a previous career she was a high school math and physics teacher, and before that, a highly unsuccessful actor.
Today, she is focused on ushering in the future of work such that people have better days—especially M-F. She lives in NYC with her husband and daughter.
