Marc Winter

As someone who has lived and worked in more than a dozen countries, Marc is particularly fascinated by the challenge of shaping company cultures—from developing new mindsets to creating new ways of working—all in service of delivering on a vision worth fighting for.

Since joining SYPartners in 2011, Marc has partnered with leaders to transform many world-class organizations, including American Express, AT&T, Citi, IBM, JetBlue, MetLife, and NBCUniversal. He now leads global business development for SYPartners.

Prior to SYPartners, Marc worked in publishing, film, and advertising in New York, Berlin, and Shanghai. He holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from ESADE University in Spain. Marc has been a guest lecturer at Yale School of Management and Rotman Business School.
