Robert Hildreth


Robert came to SYPartners to pursue his passion for creating solutions that match the magnitude of the challenges we face today. He joined as a Principal in 2014, bringing more than a decade of experience in corporate transformation and social-impact consulting. During his time as the global head of strategy for Saatchi & Saatchi Sustainability, and as a partner at Blu Skye Strategy Consulting, he designed reinvention strategies for senior leaders at Walmart, AT&T, NBC Universal, Sony, Frito Lay, and more. Robert began his career as a writer/producer in television, developing stories for HBO, CNN, MTV, and Cartoon Network. He studied Industrial Psychology at the University of Georgia, and now lives in San Francisco with his wife and two boys.
