Nic’s affinity for new challenges drives him to understand and unlock large-scale transformation for his clients, and what it takes to redesign the way an organization operates.
For more than 12 years at SYPartners, Nic worked with businesses to set ambitious visions, execute brand strategy, design new experiences, and develop their leaders. He worked with clients across industries, including eBay, Target, Facebook, Apple, Nike, Virgin America, Kaiser Permanente, IBM, and Starbucks.
In 2015, Nic left SYPartners to learn and lead in new domains, including the world of airline mergers, AI and Cloud, and high-growth startups. Most recently, he was Head of Brand Strategy for IBM Watson and IBM Cloud. He returned to SYPartners in 2020.
Nic grew up in a small town outside Boston (Sherborn, MA) and now resides in San Francisco. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University, and almost finished a PhD in social psychology at Stanford University, studying negotiation and leadership performance. In his free time, he enjoys studying the creativity of stand-up comedians and chefs.
