Daniel Schwartz


Daniel believes that ideas become great when they are connected to a clearly defined purpose, creating change on a systemic level. Before joining SYPartners as a Principal in 2016, Daniel worked in world-class innovation, design, and brand strategy firms, including IDEO, the Arnell Group, Redscout, and Prophet.

He brings more than 15 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams of marketers, business strategists, and designers to unlock new sources of growth—from new products and services to new revenue streams. Most recently, he founded The Clever Industry, and built a creative strategy practice at the intersection of consumer, technology, brand, and business forces to help companies conceive of and realize their futures with both emotional and rational intelligence. His clients have included Weight Watchers, Pepsico, J&J, Hyatt, Bloomberg, and IBM.

He holds a B.A. in Physics from Dartmouth College and a M.S. in Product Design from Stanford University.
