She also helped to co-create Treehouse, a new business in Tokyo that combines space design, mindfulness, and innovation programming to reimagine Japanese corporate culture.
Before joining SYPartners, Charin worked in brand strategy, communications and online advertising and studied the interplay of design and business strategy. She has a B.A. in Asian Studies from Pomona College, with a minor in Art and is an avid fan of science fiction.
