As a Principal at SYPartners in San Francisco, Ben develops and leads engagements for organizations such as WarnerMedia, PayPal, Prudential, and Kaiser Permanente.

With a career spanning strategy, technology, media, and entertainment, he has over 20 years of experience driving transformation and innovation at large multinational corporations and high-growth startups. Prior to SYPartners, Ben held general management and digital leadership roles at the BBC, Sky and Global Radio—Europe’s #1 commercial radio broadcasting company.

Ben is also an entrepreneur and founder of multiple companies, including one in the music industry and another in the AI space. He began his career as an award-winning journalist and radio producer, first at Virgin Radio, and then at AOL/Time Warner, where he built NME.com. Along the way he has written for The Guardian, The South China Morning Post, The Independent and Wired Magazine.

Ben grew up in Somerset, England, and is the son of a Malaysian father and a British mother.
