Principal and Consulting Lead, San Francisco
After Alicia experienced three iconic, global companies go through three respective disruptions, she emerged with a conviction—that companies and leaders who inspire and mobilize their people to realize a strategy, and do so from a place of authentic purpose, are the ones that truly thrive.
Grounded in this belief, Alicia’s innovative approach to strategy brings an end-to-end methodology for strategy development and execution together with the cultural commitment and organizational capability required to make change happen. Over the past decade, this well-founded approach has helped her work with C-suite and senior leaders in the U.S. and abroad, in industries like retail, telecommunications, energy, and non-profits.
At SYPartners, Alicia continues to help companies at the crux of major transformations—to access their purpose, design a new future, and enable people to bring that future to life.
A native Southerner, Alicia lives in San Francisco with her husband, Jim, her daughter, Ansley, and their yellow lab, Sky. When she’s not working, you can find them on hikes or bike rides, at playgrounds, or exploring new territories here and beyond.
