The role
The Program Manager manages the business operations of a project, while maintaining overall team health and workflow. The PM is the hub of a project, assuring that all the pieces of the project are accounted for and connected and that the project execution is fully aligned with the overall strategic intent.

The work you'll do

  • Manage the creative process and workflow for anything from digital tools and videos to specialty print and large-scale events.
  • Develop and manage project plans, production schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project expectations and manage partners including copywriters, photographers, printers, developers, and videographers.
  • Work in partnership with (and enable collaboration between) strategy, design and production.
  • Create a sense of calm in the team, with an open, positive, solution-oriented attitude that fosters true collaboration and teamwork.
  • Advocate the interests of your respective project teams, acknowledge team success, and monitor morale.
  • Cultivate a positive and effective relationship with clients of all levels, and be the point of contact for all operational aspects of the engagement.
  • Anticipate and manage project resource needs.
  • Vet proposals and contribute to project pricing.
  • Partner with finance to track and evaluate project profitability, identifying discrepancies.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure that all appropriate paperwork is in place.

Desired experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant program/account management experience with knowledge of the creative, digital or experiential process.


Things we look for at this level

  • Someone who is familiar with the development and workflow of some deliverables we often make: print, digital, experience/ experiential, etc.
  • Someone who can facilitate team moments (kickoff, planning, worksessions, stand-ups, retros, debriefs, etc)
  • Someone who can be a stand-alone PM lead on a program/project (after onboarding, of course!)
  • A proactive partner to a Partner/Principal
  • Someone who can champion the creation and re-calibration of the workplan
  • Someone who can collaborate and co-create alongside strategy, design, and production


Skills especially helpful to bring in from other roles/ positions:

  • Managing workflow/ trafficking creative assets, especially print
  • Google calendar and scheduling skills
  • Experience coordinating logistics, stakeholder management,  and/ or working with senior leaders
